W32DASM Installation Instructions:

1. Create a Directory ie: C:\W32DASM

2. Put W32DASM6.ZIP file in the created directory.

3. Unzip the file.

	unzipped files should include:

		a. w32demo6.exe
		b. w32demo6.hlp
	       *c. bids50f.dll
	       *d. owl50f.dll
	       *e. cw3220.dll
		f. install.txt {this file}
		g. readme.txt {Program Description}

* These .dll files may optionally be placed in the Drive:\Windows\System directory 

4. Windows 95 users can create a shortcut to w32dasm by dragging 
   the w32demo6.exe file to the main screen from My Computer.

   WIN32S Users can run from File Manager or Create a Program Group
   using the program manager.
